Chana Cohen has 18 years of teaching experience as a Fitness Professional in various locations in Brooklyn, including Crown Heights, Borough Park, Williams-burg, and Park Slope. She is an A.C.E. certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She also holds a B.S. in Physical Education and has taught 6 years in elementary and high schools, educating students how to live healthier lives. She has developed signature fitness programing classes which incorporate Pilates, Weight Training, and Yoga all in one class. She has also been featured on the "New Shape Fitness DVD" teaching the Pilates fitness segment. She is currently a certified Yoga Instructor and teaches various classes including Pilates, Yoga, Weight Training, Cardio Kickboxing, and Water Aerobics.
