Personal Training and Small Group Training
If you are looking for private one on one sessions or small group classes, your fitness needs will be met.  You can choose from your own personal session which will work specifically for your body type or work with a small group.  We will work on setting up short and long term goals in your fitness activities and nutritional intake so you can make positive changes in your life. 

Our Personal Training programs are more than a series of one-on-one sessions.
